: (1) Workers will get twelve days of sick leave with pay every year. But workers who work for a period of one year or less will get sick leave in the same proportion.
(2) Workers who request sick leave for more than three consecutive days must submit a certificate of having been examined by a recognized physician.
(3) In case of sudden illness and having to take leave, the worker shall inform the employer or the person designated by the employer as soon as possible.
